Officer Pete McCabe (died October 31, 1978) was an officer with the Haddonfield Sheriff's Department and the partner of Officer Frank Hawkins. During an altercation with escaped convict Michael Myers on Halloween, 1978, McCabe was accidently shot and killed by Hawkins.
