Dr. Vanessa Wilson (died October 31, 2018) was a doctor based in the small town of Haddonfield. She and her husband, Marcus Wilson, became victims of Michael Myers during murder spree on Halloween, 2018, shortly after joining a local mob to hunt him down.

Early Life[]
At some point, Vanessa met a man named Marcus and the two eventually married, moving in together within the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois in the neighbourhood also occupied by Julian Morrisey, Andrea Wagner and Gina Panchella.

On October 31, 2018, Vanessa and Marcus were both invited to a workplace Halloween party, for which Vanessa dressed as a skimpy nurse and Marcus dressed as "Dr. Love". As the pair were preparing to leave and Marcus ran back inside to grab his stethoscope, Vanessa noticed a mysterious man in a white mask staring at her. However, after Marcus returned to the car, she paid no attention and the two left in their vehicle.[1] Later that night, the party presumably went south after Marcus' co-worker acted inappropriately toward him, causing the two to leave early.

After leaving the party, Vanessa and Marcus stopped at Mick's Bar & Carry-Out where they discussed how to approach their workplace issues whilst also trying to enjoy the talent show. Just then, a group of friends, including Lonnie Elam, Tommy Doyle, Marion Chambers and Lindsey Wallace all sat behind them and began loudly discussing, much to the couple's annoyance. With a push from Vanessa, Marcus then gently asked the group to quieten down, which they kindly obliged to. After the talent show ended, Tommy got up on stage and introduced himself and his group of friends as survivors of Michael Myers, commemorating the forty-year anniversary of the original killings, shocking both Vanessa and Marcus who suddenly obtained a new-found respect for the group.

After the speech, the couple became friendly with the group and Vanessa talked with Marion as she approached Marcus, who spoke to Lindsey and Tommy. Marcus offered to buy everyone drinks and they all happily drank together and spoke with the bartender until Lonnie abruptly ran out of the bar, completely panicked. Later, a nearby news report caught everyone's attention as reports of several murders across town were being reported. As Julian Morrisey was being interviewed, Vanessa and Marcus both immediately recognised him and their street, quickly gathering their things and leaving the bar to check on their neighbourhood. In the parking lot, Marcus explained that he had forgotten his stethoscope once again and left Vanessa to get into the car by herself. Upon starting it up, she quickly noticed a figure sitting the back seat and immediately assumed it to be Michael Myers, running out of the car and screaming for help. After Marcus refused to take a look, she ran back into the bar.

Vanessa immediately ran towards Tommy and asked for help against the assailant, causing him to grab a nearby baseball bat and head outside alongside a large crowd. Vanessa stood alongside Marcus, Marion and Lindsey as they all cautiously watched Tommy approach the car. The car suddenly started up and turned it's lights towards the crowd. Once Tommy began hitting it, demanding Michael to come out and face him, the vehicle took off towards the crowd, who all managed to duck out of the way as it swerved onto the nearby road, ultimately crashing into a nearby location. As the crowd of residents investigated the wreckage, they noticed Michael was nowhere to be found, meaning whoever was in the car managed to escape unscathed. Afterwards, Vanessa and Marcus hitched a ride in Lindsey's car as her and Marion travelled to Haddonfield Memorial Hospital to meet up with Tommy and help in his hunt for Michael. Once there, the group retrieved various weapons from Lonnie, who took along his son, Cameron, and Cameron's girlfriend, Allyson Nelson. During the hunt, Vanessa and Marcus patrolled the streets with Lindsey and Marion, constantly shining torches onto sidewalks in an attempt to locate Michael.

They continued until they noticed two girls, Christy and Mindy, sitting in a local playpark. Concerned for their safety, Lindsey rushed toward them to make sure they would be sent home and out of Michael's crosshairs. Meanwhile, Vanessa and Marcus discussed Marcus' lack of knowledge in firearms and she took his gun from him, prepared to use it herself. Just then, after everything had gone quiet, Marion noticed Michael standing in the rear-view mirror, panicking as he swiftly jumped onto the top of the car. As he loudly moved around, Marion struggled to shoot out of the windows, missing each time he may have been in view. Suddenly, he grabbed a hold of Marion's hair through the window and began painfully pulling her head out of the car. Greatly panicking, Marcus helped Vanessa crawl out of one of the broken windows and toward safety.

As Vanessa ran down the street and away from the scene, Michael successfully got into the car and brutally murdered both Marion and Marcus. Wanting to try and and stop Michael once and for all, Vanessa turned around and began shooting at the car from a distance, hoping to eventually hit Michael. As she got closer however, she recklessly pointed the gun with one hand towards him, allowing him to swiftly kick the car door and hit her hand, sending the gun pointing back at her face and causing her to accidently shoot herself in the head, immediately killing her.[2]
